At Collection Abbigliamento, we want every purchase to be a pleasant and safe experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help: returns are simple, fast and handled with the utmost care.

How to request a return

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Just contact us via email or WhatsApp and provide:

  • your full name

  • order number

  • the item(s) you wish to return

Our customer service team will reply quickly with all the instructions you need.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • new, unworn and unwashed

  • complete with original tags and packaging

  • in the same condition in which they were received

If the item is defective or incorrect, please notify us immediately — we will handle your case with priority.

Return costs

Returns are free of charge within Italy. For international customers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the shipment was incorrect.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If you paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be made via bank transfer.
